Our legacy
Over the past 10 years, the Kaizen Outreach team has upheld the values of being of service, leadership, and being a positive male role model for children.
All events are organized and funded by men who give their time, effort, and resources to support their local communities.

Mother’s Day
Skid Row, Los Angeles, CA
Handwritten "Thank You" cards with flowers and chocolate to mothers in the un-housed community
Cooked a delicious hearty meal serving hundreds of residents in the area
Massage and bodywork experts gifted services with their healing hands

Party in the Projects
Watts Empowerment Center - Watts, CA
Activities for children and parents coloring stations, VR games, kickball, and food for the parents and children.
Partnership with No Res Gourmet to prepare and serve a delicious traditional southern meal with plant-based ingredients
Partnership with Red Eye and the Watts Empowerment Center to give away 11,000+ toys, games, and high-value items for the whole family during the Christmas season
Thanksgiving Celebration
Watts Empowerment Center - Watts, CA
Prepared and served turkey-taco feast with traditional Thanksgiving Day meal side dishes
Handed out kits to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner for the whole community
Partnership with Red Eye and the Watts Empowerment Center
Kids First Bike Event
Los Angeles, CA
Taught children ages 4 to 12 how to ride a bike for the first time
Helped parents provide this experience for their children
Gave away free bikes to families who needed them
Kaizen + Young Men
KAIZEN + YOUNG MEN
McKinley Children's Center, San Dimas, CA
Ongoing visits to provide a masculine role model to “at-risk" foster youth (ages 9 - 17)
Chauffeured outings like miniature golf and beach trips
Deliver lessons in life skills like cooking and paying attention

Veteran's Day Cookout
Santa Ana, CA
Partnered with Heroes Landing (formerly Santa Ana Veteran's Village), which provides housing and support services for low-income and un-housed US veterans.
Hosted a block party with games and music to express our gratitude to the veterans for their service
Prepared and served a meal for veteran residents and their families
